Sameday deliveries ordered online must be received by 11am. Orders received after this time will be delivered the next working day, unless you have organised a later time by telephone or email with us. Delivery DaysWe deliver flowers from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and 9am to 2pm on Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays. If an order is received for a Sunday, unless you have organised this by telephone or email with us, it will be delivered the next working day. Delivery Charges

In the event of the recipient being out when we deliver your gift, a message is always left. This confirms the time of our visit and what has been done with the gift. We provide a personal delivery service and every care is taken to ensure gifts are left safely and securely. We do not drop at the door!
